Lesson 9

Nikolai Chukhin · Alexander S. Kulikov

Problem. Returning to the example with colored balls in a bag, suppose the bag contains \(2\) red, \(3\) green, and \(4\) blue balls. If a red ball is drawn on the first draw, what is the probability that, after two replacements of the ball in hand with a uniformly randomly selected ball from the bag, the ball in hand will be green?
