Problem. Of course, there is no guarantee that the circuit we just constructed is optimal. In this particular case, it's even explicitly not so: for the function \(\operatorname{SUM}_{5}\), there is a circuit of size 11! Can you synthesize it?
Hint:
Synthesizing such a circuit by hand is challenging, don't spend too much time on this.
